Random black spots all over laptop screen

I got a random black spots (dead pixels?) all over my laptop screen. I have run some application and my lcd seems fine. The black spots are gone when I disable the Intel 965 display but I have to settle for a lower resolution (1024x768). I also have install the latest driver from Intel but the problem still not solve. Any idea?

This is the desktop snapshot when display is enabled (black spots)

yeah thats artifacting ... its either high temps on the gfx or bad drivers. use gpu-z to monitor your gfx abd vddc temps. post the results when you can.
what make and model is your system... it may be you have installed a driver for a similar chipset thats not entirley compatable with the igp on the board.

The temps is roughly 66-70 C. I dont think it is hot enough.and the for the driver, I also uninstall the current one and the default one that comes with Windows 7 also seems to have a problem. Previously when this happens, I went to Safe Mode and disable/enable the display and the problem solve but now I don't have any idea what to do. :??:
