Hello everyone and I am making myself a computer for my workstation. The GPUs I am going to get are four Evga Geforce GTX TITAN Hydro Copper in SLI. The thing is I don't know what type of liquid cooling kit I need to get. So if you guys can help me that would be great.

Solution
Id consider two rads and two pumps in series with internal reservoir

Bitspower Dual / Single D5 Top Upgrade Kit 150 - Black (BP-D5TOPUK150P-BKBKCL)

Bitspower Dual D5 Mod Top Extreme - Acrylic / UV Red Version (BP-2D5TOPAC-UVRD)

with 2 x Swiftech MCP655q x 12v Water Pump w/ Variable Speed Control and 3/8" Conversion Kit (317 GPH)

Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper Quad 140mm Radiator

w/ appropriate fittings connectors, tubing etc.

i would also go with at least 1 360mm rad if your case have room for it and/or 2X240mm that is more standard... I'll pick a dual pump setup, that ensure that you'll never burn your card if one pump fail or you have bad flow as dual pump will still push more liquid...

You can try some XSPC Raystorm twin kits if you want to add the CPU cooling on the water side, with these kits, you have dual pump, a rad, tubing, fittings, reservoir, basically anything you need except your GPU fittings and VRM or a second rad if you want... You can also choose all your parts individually if you want, just pick good brand (XSPC, Bitspower, Swiftech are the most trusted one in my opinion)
