hello guys what do you think of this and is it can run all games out there and good for cryengine at max

DVD : Samsung 24X DVD-RW DL Drive

VGA : Sahppire HD 7870 XT

HDD : Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 SATA 6Gb/s HDD

Or

Western Digital Caviar Blue 7200rpm 64mb cache 1TB

Monitor : Dell standard screen 19inch 1366x768

If any one have suggestion about my build or any note please tell me

and i need to know is there difference between seasonic and hec and gigabyte powerrock and the difference between seagate an western please tell me and is this build can max watch dogs and battle field 4 +40fps at 1366x768

what about hec and gigabyte they are cheaper is those bad or not because may i can't find seasonic
