I have a Qosmmio x775 with NVIDIA Getforce GTX 560M GPU with Optimus,my processor is Intel Core i7-2670QM CPU 2.20GHz, I have 8.0 GB of RAM and a 64bit operating system. Every game I play I experience fps drops from 100 down to 8-20 and it freezes my screen for about 1 to 2 seconds....I have Downloaded driver updates and repair utilities, scanned computer with multiple virus scanners, tested my internet, tried the games on different settings of graphics, monitored my temperatures, did full system defrags, uninstalled a lot of games, ect ect, and it still does the same thing on all my games ...i'm really starting to feel pretty discouraged with this computer anyone have any ideas whats going on?
Also the fps after it drops down to 8-20 freezes for 1-2seconds "occationally 4-10 seconds but rare" then instantly goes back up to 100 again and works fine until the next random drop....it happens maybe 12 times per hour and sometimes goes for over and hour without doing it.. restarting my computer and router doesn't do anything either.
