It should, might need a bios update for the mobo though. PCIE is backwards compatible (in theory anyways) but some mobos might have some issues when on older bios, so if there is a bios update available for your mobo flash it before installing the card. That being said, the lack of an update doesn't mean a thing either, maybe the bios never had a problem in the first place.
