Hello everyone, I was wondering which PSU would be best for running a new GTX 770. I was currently looking at this PSU, however I am not an expert in this area and would like some advice. My budget is in the range off 100$ to 150$ and can be flexed a little if need be. Thank you for reading this, I appreciate it!

Other Specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz

yea its fine XFX is good. other options would be a seasonic one or a corsair TX around the same wattage, antec is also very good.

I'd just buy a real PSU with some extra power right away and be done with it. If you can afford it, there's no reason to not buy a higher end PSU for the extra $50. The Seasonic X-series is the bench mark PSU right now. The XFX you linked in your OP is the same thing.
