Reloading OS from Recovery Partition?

This Compaq CQ60 Laptop came with win7, I need to reload the OS but when clicking on the Recovery partition I am getting a window with this info:


Warning:

This area of your hard drive [or partition] contatins files used to perform a system recovery

Do not alter or delete any of these files....

I am not understanding the procedure to reload the OS?

When you boot the system, hit f11 several times, and it should open up the recovery console and allow a full system recovery. This will reset the laptop to what it was when it was new. All your data will be erased, so make sure you back up what you need.
