Will my CPU bottleneck GTX 770?

I have an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T processor @ 3.2Ghz and I'm planning on upgrading my graphics cards to a two-way sli MSI GTX 770 setup. Someone told me that they might be bottlenecked unless I OC the processor to 4.0Ghz. I need a clear explanation please.

Also if it matters:
- 4x2 Gb Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz.
- Z77 Asus motherboard (idk which)
- 1 intake fan in front, one exhaust in back and a Noctua Heatsink.
- CPU idle temperatures @ 22C

Solution
At 3.2 GHz you may see a little bottlenecking with SLI, but not with a single GPU. The good news is this CPU overclocks very nicely. Put a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on it and OC it to 4.0 GHz (* Typically needs 1.45-1.475 volts to do this stably on a 1090t)

I currently have that same CPU/cooler/OC setup on a 990FX MoBo with a pair of Gigabyte HD 7950s @ 1GHz in crossfire. Crysis 3 maxes both GPUs just a hair before it maxes the CPU. All 6 CPU cores are in the 80-90% usage range and both GPUs are in the 95-99% range. This is at 1080p on MAX settings with 2x SMAA.

You most definitely don't have a Z77 mobo, which is exclusivity for intel CPU's.

What is your actual chipset? (may not support/scale well with SLI) (run cpuz to find out)

also yes your cpu will bottleneck you gpus, however it will most likely be noticeable during synthetic benchmarks. It will still allow you to get 60+fps in any game on ultra.

Ocing will certainly help, but only do it if you have a good cpu cooler.
