I'm shopping for a new system with a max budget of around $700 with the OS and am stuck in trying to decide what to actually build. Currently I have an old Dell running an old i7-920 that I'm going to be giving up to my son once I finally acquire a new computer. Current range of games I play include X-Com, SimCity, WoW, D3, DOTA 2.

I've built two previous computers over the last several years, but never bothered much with cable management, but plan on doing that with this build. Contemplating something like this:

I have a hdd and dvd drive laying around from my wife's previous Dell computer that should still work. I've also considered adding a SSD just to make load times a bit faster.

Though other options I've considered is a diy combo on newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1397219) and buying the parts that it doesn't come with and also a system from cyberpower that with shipping comes out to around $775 that includes keyboard, mouse, headset....

Solution
Your build is good for a budget system. Given what you do. And the biggest thing I dislike about cyberpower is you wouldn't get a choice with keyboard, mouse, or headset. I'd want a mechanical keyboard would they give you one idk, I'd want a good mouse would they give you one idk, I'd want a 150-200 headset would they offer a good one idk.
