Amd fx 8150 with Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 overheats FAST

I replaced my Asrock 970 extreme 3 motherboard with the new Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, and now my cpu over heats to a really high temp like 80-90 Celsius in 3 min or so in bios. the cpu worked well with my old motherboard at 35-40 Celsius on bios. what should I do or replace.!?!?!?!?! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how about installing the cpu Cooler PROPERLY?
To explain this a bit better ,100% is that you didn't installed your CPU cooler properly,provided that the fan on it is spinning .Remove it ,apply thermal paste properly ,then install again.
