should i upgrade ram?

im going to be upgrading to cpu to fx 8350. my video card to some 8xxx series card when it comes out and. also upgrading my mobo and psu. my current ram speed is 1497.2 mhz... do i need to upgrade my ram or what?

Or simply run CPU-Z and look in the SPD - it should show Part NUmber - which should be the model number, much easier and quicker - you have your sticks running at 1497 which is way off whatever spec sticks you have - would guess it's a 1600 set
