My EvGa X58 Mobo took a dirt nap recently and with BF4 and some other titles on the horizon I figured this woul be a good excuse to uprade.

I am in Florida USA, and have a Budget of $2000.00 USD , I already have a 24" Asus Monitor and Logitech G510 Keyboard,G700 Mouse and G930 Headset, Samsung 840 Series 128GB SSD, and a WD Cavier Black 1TB Storage Drive.

I would rfer to Stick with Intel and Nvidia but feel free to try and make m a convert

Solution
Great choices but...
-Your processor is locked. You need a "K" series gpu if you want to overclock. In this case, the i5-4670k is the only option.
-You don't need 16gb of ram. Since you're only gaming and doing basic tasks, 8gb is plenty for you.
-For the psu, the PC Power and Cooling MK III 850w psu I posted above is a great psu for its price.

This build is great for gaming, and should easily run BF4 maxed.

-Phanteks cpu cooler performs close to the Corsair H100i at a cheaper price and also quieter.
-Sabertooth's thermal armor does the opposite of what it's supposed to do. The Gigabtye GA-Z87X-UD4H is a solid board and it's $55 off when bought with the 4670k at Newegg. Great board and great price.
-Only need one GTX 770 to max out any game at 1080p. Save the money and buy a second one when you actually need the performance increase.

I like the options so far but maybe a little more info.

I would like a System that will watch movies and do basic daily internet tasks.
Which will absolutely destroy games on Ultra settings at 1920x 1080 or possibly 2560x1440? On a single monitor.
I plan to play BF3,BF4 Elder Scrolls Skyrim Possibly TESO steam games, CoD series
D3 and the new expansion, the last of us. Possibly EQN landmark , and PS2.
I'd Like to OC to 4.5 or so GHZ (since I have read more than this is not really worth it).
Water or Air cooling is Fine
I Don't need a Keyboard, Mouse, Headset or a monitor.
I Have a Samsung 840 series SSD. And a Kingwin 1000W mach1 PSU. And a Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Tower.

I was thinking of building a I7 4770k with Asus Max VI Hero board, But I am wondering if I could squeeze out more machine for less going with Maybe a 3770K etc , I have up to around $2000.00 USD to spend less Is better but I really want a great gaming PC that will fill my needs without spending money just to spend for bragging rights

-Any gaming computer can watch movies and do basic internet tasks.
-If you go with 1080p, stick with one GTX 770 and add another one in a year or two. If you're going 1440p, get a single GTX 770 and if you're feeling like you can't play games on max settings, grab a second one. My recommendation is to never grab a second gpu to SLI unless you know you'll need it (or of course there's a great sale going on).
-A single GTX 770 can max out all of those games.
-The Phanteks cpu cooler can easily get 4.5ghz.
-I would go with a new psu over the Kingwin Mach. That series isn't very good itself, so I would go with a better quality psu just in case.
-The CM HAF 932 is an alright case. You can definitely re-use it instead of buying a new one (unless of course you want a new case due to better looks, takes up less room, etc.).
-No point of getting an i7. The difference between an i5 and i7 is that the i7 has hyper-threading, which games do not utilize. Hyper threading is utilized in things like CAD, Photoshop, Video rendering, etc. However, you only mentioned gaming so if you want to spend an $100 to get the same performance, by all means grab the i7.
-The only point I see getting the Max VI board is the better on-board audio. Other than that, there's no real point in getting it over the other cheaper boards like the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H (currently in a combo with the i5-4670k at Newegg for $55 off), ASRock Z87 Extreme4, or MSI Z87-GD65.
