Problem is not with the PSU, I just replaced it. I also removed the CMOS battery for 30 minutes and put the jumper on the pins to reset the bios.

All the computer does is turn on for a few seconds, then back off and back on (loop). There are no wires shorting, as I've unplugged everything, including the power wires and start the PC by jumping the power connectors manually.

The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H.

There are no peripherals plugged to it except the ram and the CPU.

I don't have a speaker to hear the beeps.

Thanks

Has the front of the case been removed and reinstalled recently? It sounds like a sticking power button.

The back of the motherboard is shorted/grounded to your case somewhere, are all the standoffs installed?
