I'd like to know whether my computer has good or bad specs so here they are:

Processer: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz (I have 4 of these)

RAM: 8.00 GB

System type: 64-bit Operating System

I have 2 graphics cards i believe (i'm not sure and i don't know much about computers)

Display Adapters:
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series and Intel(R) HD Graphics

I am a gamer and want to play upcoming games and just wanted to know if I need to upgrade and I just recently updated my drivers but I don't know how to look at them.

Thank you.

Your CPU is very decent and will be sufficient for pretty much all games for now. On the other hand, if you were planning on maxing out all games at 1080p with whatever GPU you have, 6850 or 6870 (figure it out), you might have to rethink that plan. The 6800 series will play all games at the very least, medium (you will still have a great time), but don't expect too much out of your system.

you should be able to play most games at a 720p at high settings probably. a few lower endish games at 1080p

You have a good gaming computer. The "Intel HD Graphics" is no good for gaming - it's just the integrated graphics that comes with your CPU. Your Radeon 6800-series is your gaming graphics adapter (it is either a 6870 or a 6850). Either of those is decent for gaming, but as always, you can certainly get a more powerful graphics card.

Your current GPU can handle most every game but you'll need to play most games with reduced settings. If you are getting slow, choppy play even with lowered settings, then you might want to upgrade the graphics card. Otherwise, how's it workin for ya right now? If I was you I'd wait until you encounter slow/choppy play and then get a new graphics card since there are always better ones coming out.

Thanks guys that helps a lot. I'm thinking about getting a upgrade but I'm kinda cheap and don't like spending money in huge amounts. Thanks a lot guys. (:
