web page problem

Hello I've recently have this problem on my pc where my internet is working fine like I can use skypw go on steam play league of legends and all that stuff that requires internet connectivity but when I try to go on my browser ( I ise google chrome) and I ttpe youtube or yahoo it wont load the pages I tried renewing ip and even pinged google.com and tried to use the ip that I got from CMD but it still wont load so if someone knows how to fix this pls help me.

Check your proxy settings in the browser, most of the time it should be set to no proxy. Clear the DNS cache: at a command prompt run the "ipconfig /flushdns" command.

If that does not work, try rebooting your modem and router.

Nope it doesnt work still I tried flushdns and proxy is always off and I've rebooted modem a bunch of times I even reseted it to factory setting

Contact your ISP then, the other services that work use a different type of internet connection than a regular web site uses.

Hang I did that and it was still no help do u think that system restore or a reformat would fix this problem?

If you are ok with re-installing Windows, will be a good step to try.
