The answer is yes. Contrary to thought, Battlefield 3 is not that intensive at all. I've seen Intel HD 4000s get low settings at 30 fps on it. 7th generation consoles (Xbox 360 and PS3) have nosebleeds to get 30 fps on them at what I'm guessing must be medium settings, but those are consoles. Battlefield 4 doesn't look to be that much more graphically intensive than Battlefield 3, but the Frostbite 3.0 engine looks to be a bit more CPU intensive than...

However, your i5-4670k is more than sufficient to handle whatever will be thrown at it. Just a word though, I think the Radeon HD 9000 series comes out soon so there might be a more efficient 9000 series GPU for an equivalent price of a GTX 760 from what I'm guessing.

Addendum: However a GTX 760 will also handle BF3 very well. My GTX 770 handles BF3 at ultra settings with AA on and even on 64 player servers with my considerably weaker AMD FX-6300 CPU I don't think I've ever noticed myself going below 60 fps, and I've never even reached 99% GPU usage for it either.
