Dear Johansen Yanto,
That integrated graphics manager is absolutely useless it has only 64mb of dedicated video ram as i remember as i have had experience with these on board graphics and it is stated in the system requirements of that game that you need a graphics card and integrated graphics will not have substantial power to play the game smoothly without lag.

this problem comes after i have formatted my computer and installing windows , before formatted i can play with no lagging, such as GTA San Andreas.
Details:
-asus motherboard socket lga775
-1gb RAM
-2.66 Ghz
-windows service pack 3 intalled

and when i buy the computer in 2005, it comes with the cd driver ati radeon xpress 200 series.

Make sure all the latest drivers for the motherboard are installed. Also, go to AMD's website and try to find a driver there. After the re-install of Windows you have to install all the chipset and other drivers. At the ASUS website, you should be able to find the drivers for the board, including the most current BIOS. In the Device Manager, there should be no alerts for unidentified items, if there are you need to figure them out and get the driver.

To find your motherboard model Download CPU-z, run it and on the "Mainboard" tab it will give you the information you need.

That being said, adding a discreet GPU would boost the system performance quite a bit. Upgrading your RAM (if possible) to about 2gb would likely help too.
