First of all check if your computer (read hardware) meets the minimum system requirements to install Windows 7. Check Here.
Second, do you have the Original Windows 7 DVD and the Product Key. If you are referring to save the file in your USB, just copy the iso files in your USB. However, if you are referring to boot up from USB, try the below link....
