My motherboard will not launch to BIOS. She just hangs at 00.
Everything is plugged in, I have reseated everything a few times, my hard drives are good, the processor is receiving power, video card is power, I have a 750 watt power supply powering everything.
When I reset the cmos, I get 03 on the mob display. And it hangs there.
