My gpu never goes above 30-50%
Which Make My FPS Sucks
I play Mostly Assassin creed and when i play it on mid or even low the fps sometimes drops to 15 and when i see the gpu usage i find it at 30% and it's not a bottleneck because my cpu usage doesn't go above 30%
specs Cpu Fx 6300 Gpu Sapphire 7850 Ram 4GB 1600 MoBo Gigabyte 970
even when i play a silly game like rollacoster tycoon 3d the game very slow and not smooth also the gpu does't go above 30%
can it be a problem with the gpu
please help
i just bought it and i worked hard for the money and i'm very disappointed

Solution
I found it very strange.

If you could monitor with a program liake aida64, check some things.

Speed of GPU before starting a game and before, speed of the card memory, voltage of the GPU core, because it seems that the card remain as low powered even when they must switch to high-power.

Also check that you haven't underclocked the card.

okay i have every program i used the cpuid HWmonitor
i don't under stant any thing about voltage but it says when i'm not playing 0.900 V when i'm playing 1.075 V temperature doesn't go above 50-56C
and now for the first time the usage of gpu went up to 60% after i opened like the the programs at once msi and cpuid all of it
and how can i under clock it????

The voltage of the card seems right at least and change properly on 3d programs...

Another check, have the card installed on a x16 PCIe slot and not sharing that slot with anything? althought i think that even at a x4 slot you must get more performance that you are gettting.

Normally using programs like MSI Afterburner you could either overclock the card but could also underclock it.

It's the same.
