Is this a good $1200 gaming/rendering pc?

Hi!

Is this worth a $1200 gaming/autocad pc? I really need help on this one.

-Either a fx-8320 or fx-8350 or intel i5 I guess.
-Either a geforce 770 or dual crossfire of same potential.
-16gb/4tb is a must. Rendering is a pain/1080p videos will fill these.
-Case/Power Supply/Cpu cooler/monitor is it okay?

Reson why: as hdd is the only drive in the system, 5900RPM is just not enough. At least 7200 is a must. And there comes price bump. So had to cut down on mobo, which really doesn affect anything globally, because AMD is overclockable on 970 boards too, if you had that in mind choosing 990.

Haven't found where else you can save, because it already is on down low. If 1200$ a limit, only way i see it - you'll have to get another gpu.
