Is there a noticable difference between those 2 CPUs

I need CPU for Video edit, Adobe, Light gaming and I am on tight budget because I am changing whole configuration so I don't know if there is a big difference between Athlon II x4 740 and Athlon II x4 750k .
If there isn't any big gap in performance I will the money and get the HD 7770 card instead of HD 7750

There is no difference if you're not going to overclock, AMD Athlon X4 750K can be easily overclocked to 4.5 using Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on a decent motherboard. With ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4 or ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4-M you can achieve even above that, maximum recommended voltage is 1.55V so stay at 4.5GHz with 1.4V.
