Namely Tera. I'll get straight to the point:

Problem:
This game UI was made in flash player which uses CPU however the game is designed for dual cores and even on i7 the game lags like hell and gives really bad FPS.

Solution:
Isn't there a script or a tweak which can force the exe to use more cpu cores?

The windows 7 normally will use the other cores if they're available, so even if your game is designed for 2 cores, windows 7 will split the task between your other cores. (Atleast what my quad core system does with a really slow single core program)

Go open task manager (ctrl-shift-escape), and if only 2 of your cores spike in CPU usage, then it is probably your game's design issue, but if your CPU isn't spiking, then it's either your RAM is full or nearly full OR your graphics card just can't handle it.

From what it looks like, you don't know much about computers, so I'm assuming you bought it. Normally "gaming" computers that companies like alienware sells has a "SUPER POWERFUL I7 PROCESSOR THAT CAN RUN ANY GAME!!!", but a total shit $20 graphics card.

So the graphics card just might be the problem, not your processor.

Mind posting your specs?

To cut the story short, your laptop's graphics card sucks. The graphics should be paired with something along the lines of a Intel Pentium or similar, not an i7.

BTW, what game(s) are you playing and what do you mean by "hide the hi"?

I am posting from my phone so it autocorrects everything. I was referring to "hide the UI" as the UI is the main problem that is eating up the framerate. I was thinking since I have dual graphics I could switch the flash player to utilize the Nvidia card instead of the Intel one but flash isn't running when the game is. Isn't it possible to do anything to the UI.

Btw thus game uses unreal engine 3 and the other games which use this engine run just with med high settings namely batsman arkham asylum

Switch to the Nvidia Card, intel's integrated graphics suck ****, it also has plenty of compatibility problems with 99% of the games out there.
BTW, get MSI afterburner (http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm) to monitor your graphics card usage. Also open up task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and monitor your CPU usage when you're playing.

I still don't know what you mean when you said flash isn't running when the game is... IDK, most games let you turn off your UI, I can't help you if I don't know what you're playing.

I go pretty much blind if I hide the UI. Map and everything hides. And yes I have switched to dedicated graphics card.
