Hello all, I need a little help this morning. I built a new system one month ago and now its acting stupid. I turned it on yesterday and when it booted to windows the picture would flash on and off every minute or two. Nortons sad there was an issue and all it was a tracking cookie. Nortons took care of it. I double checked the video card settings, too make sure it wasn't overclocked, and they were set to default. When I rebooted the system I double checked the bios and made sure I didn't overclock the cpu and it was all standard, set to default. here is the following info on the system:

AMD Fx-6300, 3.5 six core
MSI Computer Corp. AMD 760G Micro ATX DDR3 1333 AM3+ Motherboards 760GM-E51 (FX) (has new bios from factory)
32gb Kingston memory ddr3 1600
NVidia AMD 2gb DDR memory card (don't remember the exact model, only 8 mo old, pulled form previous system that it worked perfectly)
dual SATA HDD 1tb and 640gb
dual DVD/RW1 SATA and 1 EIDE
windows 8 pro 64 bit
nortons 2012
office 2013
New tower with 480 watt psu and 4 case cooling fans

The system is hooked up to 55in led 3d tv, and to my home theatre system.

Not only did the picture flash, but I lost sound to the rear of the board but I have it in the front at the headphone jack. while I am in bios the system seems stable, video doesn't flash, but now it will not boot back into windows. any ideas. HDD test fine and can be read with no problems hooked in other system.

Do I have a bad board or is it something else? Everything is new but the video card, and its only 8 mo old and the EIDE DVD/RW drive. The system has run stable for a month now.
Thanks for any help or ideas.

Solution
Try raising your DRAM voltage + 0.05 and the CPU/NB voltage + 0.10 - 32 GB is a lot for your MC, thinks it's only rated to 1333 with 4 sticks
