A few months ago, I bought a Freecom 500 GB HDD Mobile Drive Classic II. I used it without problem, until today. I didn't use it for a few days, now if a plug it in, the light is blinking, but i don't hear the sound, when it's working, and it doesn't appears in the My Computer. I checked the solutions on the forum, but nothing worked. If a go in Device Management, it doesn't appear, so i can't change the letter. I tried to plug it in with different USB cables in different USB port. And I tried it on 3 different computers, with two Win 7 OS computers, one was 32 the second 64 Bit and i tried with one win xp 32 Bit, and there was no sign of recognising the HDD, not even the sound that i plugged in something. Please help, because i think the only option is that the drive is broken. But I want to be sure.
