APU's GPU's and CPU's!?

Hi I'm going to build a PC as my current one is seriously outdated and after a lot of thinking I decided to go with an AMD based system, and I have decided to go with the AMD A10 6800K Black Edition APU alongside the XFX Radeon HD 7750 GHOST THERMAL AMD Graphics Card - 1GB. Will this work? If so what Motherboard should i go for?

FX 6300 and an HD 7770 or 7790 would be far superior to an A10 and 7750.

I heard that if you have the dual graphics it will perform a lot better than higher price Intel Systems?

So what i'm getting is a majority telling me to buy a CPU and a GPU and not bother with the APU? If so what Processor? I know that the New AMD socket is FM2 and that supports AMD's new APU's, but to choose a CPU from AMD I would have to buy a Motherboard that supports Am+3? And a CPU from the FX Series ?

Ok Thank you everyone for the help now I can go and find a good motherboard.. :D (I take it the XFX Radeon HD 7750 GHOST THERMAL AMD Graphics Card - 1GB isn't the best choice?)
