Suggestions on my upgrade(£350 Budget)?

With battlefield 4 just over the horizon, i decided its time for an upgrade to my current rig, right now on bf3 its getting about 35fps in 1080p which amazed me somewhat, but its just not going to cut it for the next 2 years of gaming, my current specs are as follows.

CPU:AMD Phenom ii x4 955@ 3.6ghz
RAM:4GB kingston hyper x blue (1600mhz i think)
GPU:AMD HD6850 1GB
MOBO: ASUS M5A78L/USB3
SSD: OCZ VERTEX+ 60GB
HDD:500gb WD blue + Various others
PSU: OCZ 550w
OS:WINDOWS 7 home premium 64bit
CASE: NZXT GAMMA

I'm looking too spend around £350,

Any help is appreciated
