I have had an issue with my computer where it started off just crashing and rebooting itself when I was using my PC and it would be fine after the reboot for a while although recently (3 weeks ago) My computer refuses to get past the BIOS. I have changed my PSU, CPU and MOBO which were all suggestions and that still hasn't fixed the problem. I have even tried unplugging the hard drives and GPU and launching a bootable disk (linux) and it still crashes. I have ran memtest x86 and it passed those. I'm just completely stumped as to what the cause is, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
use 1 stick of ram at a time, memtest does not catch all ram problems, if it works on 1 stick of ram, also test both sticks individually then its a ram problem.

also check your idle temps in bios.
