when i was Added new RAM, my computer will not take format
but when i put old ram it take format easy
please help :
My old ram 4GB , DDR3 type,chnged to 8GB but that problem was event
My pc

ell inspiron , N3310 , Cpu Cori3, Graphic card AMD , hard 465Gb

please help me

Did you remove a single 4GB memory module and replace with a single 8GB memory module?

What model of Inspiron are you using?

i removed a tow 2GB memory module and replace with a tow 4GB memory module

model of Inspiron : Dell Inspiron N3010 32bit

Where did you get the memory from? Dell? Or a third party site (like Newegg)? It is possible that the memory you installed is not compatible with the Inspiron. Laptops can be very touchy that way.

Try to return it. Sounds like it is incompatible with your Dell. Where on the planet are you located?
