Everything looks mostly good. Change the PSU to an xfx550 and get low profile RAM for sure.

NO .IT might get in the way of the CPU cooler. The heatfins do nothing on modern ddr3 RAM except look weird. Low profile RAM is always better to avoid CPU cooler clearance issues.

Ok so I switched to low profile but I can't get the xfx 550w becuase it is not shipped with everything else and cost alot more (30 bucks more than what i can)

The rosewill will do. It isn't AWESOME but it is still high quality and will be fine.
