Good Day Everyone. I have a Seagate Backup Plus Drive and it just seems to have crash. I used it only once now that i have come to use it because i have another it is working fine with no problems.
I keep getting 1 of 2 messages. One is either "you need to format the disk in drive H: before you can use it. Do you want to format it?" or "F: is not accessible Data error Parameter is incorect"
I have tried formatting it however it says that it can't be formatted Please help. I have unplugged it multiple time and reconnected and nothing is working. Its not even showing up as F drive with the seagate icon.
What else can I do or how do I fix the incorrect parameters?
