I am building a new PC which I will mainly be using for gaming, might do some video and audio editing on the side. The specifications of the PC I am looking to buy are the following:

CPU: AMD 8350
GPU: MSI GTX 670 PE (Already ordered, found a great deal)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Motherboard
Case: BitFenix Shinobi (Window Edition)
Memory: Crucial BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU (2x4GB)
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB
Heat Sink: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

I was mainly just wondering whether all of these components are compatible which each other, I'm also open to any advice for different components if you think it would be a benefit to me, although they would either have to be the same price or cheaper as this is already pushing my budget. (This doesn't mean "Get a 3570k instead!", I will definitely be sticking with the 8350)

Thanks for any help in advance.
