my Logitech g500
buy from best buy at 9/20/12
my Logitech g500 roller up and down is stop working yesterday

I want mail my mouse to Logitech company to fix my mouse

where can I mail to? I am live in CA,LOS angeles,long beach,USA here

Call that number and ask them. They will be able to answer your questions. I had to send them a picture of my mouse and receipt. They then sent me a new one. I did not have to send the broken one back.
