Catalyst Control Center Doesn't Detect Driver

Whenever I try to open AMD Catalyst Control Center upon startup, I get a message saying "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." I have an ATI Radeon HD 4350.

I've tried re-installing the graphics driver and the Control Center its self. Didn't do anything. So currently my Catalyst Control Center just looks like this: http://cdn.overclock.net/9/9c/500x1000px-LL-9cff488b_3xzYE.png
I can't change graphics settings or anything other than power options, because CCC thinks I don't have the right driver. Anyone know how to fix this? I've been on the computer all day trying to figure this out. :pt1cable:

Solution
Ok.

Try "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" and use the "Have Disk" option to select an INF file in the above folder. See if that works.

It should be driver version 8.970.100.7000

When I reinstalled the driver I did use 13.1. When I bought the computer in 2009 it came with the 4350 and driver already installed, but no Catalyst Control Center. I used that download in the link to install CCC yesterday.

If it helps any, my Device Manager says the driver version is 8.851.0.0

If you right click on the card and select Update Driver Software.

Now tell it to look in "C:\AMD\Support\13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc\Packages\Drivers\Display\W86A_INF"

I got this location off my own system that had a 4350 installed.

See if it lets you install and gives you an update.

Last option would be to "force" it to use a driver you choose.

After trying that, it told me the driver was already up to date. I guess that means I will have to go with the last option?

That seems to have fixed my problem! I chose the first .inf from the list. The screen flashed about 6 times, playing a disconnect and then reconnect sound. I restarted the computer and CCC lets me choose graphics settings now! Thanks so much for your help!
