Pc screen FREEZES while playing games ( just change PSU)

I recently change my seasonic 850 gold to corsair ax860 due to psu failure.

After installing the new psu, either my screen freezes while playing games or it goes black screen

Change my gpu to a different pcie slot, was working fine for the day. And problem occurs again

Is it my GPU, MOBO, RAM... IF so how do i troubleshoot it thank you

I had to change my psu due power failure, even on the mobo shows no power.

Currently iam running on stock for the cpu

My screen freezes randomly while playing games, can be blank screen of freezes on display.

Ill run some test first and ill report here asap

How are your temps? Do you overclock? Can you run a memtest or sth? Did you double check the connections in the case? What kind of psu failure was the one that caused you to change psu? And how long did you play until you got freezes and black screens?
