Rome 2: total war and amd cpu's?

I was wondering if my pc can run Rome 2 total war and stay at above around 30fps. I heard total war doesn't run as well on amd processors. I have an fx-6350, 8gb ram, and a geforce gtx 660. Can I run this game?

total war games are mostly single threaded titles, so yeah. they don't run great on AMD cpus. that said, yes you should manage that game; you might need to turn down some settings or overclock the cpu, but it should be alright.
