Is CIT 450w Gold PSU suitable for Z77A-G43 Motherboard

I bought the power unit and motherboard mentioned but I am not getting powered up? Have I got the right power for this motherboard?

Its a PSU, it should work assuming you aren't using more than the rated max.

Er... I googled that PSU... I found it humorous that its actually gold colored and not gold certified.

I also found it funny on the box they said its a "Duel 12v rails"

Do you have fans plugged into the molex on the psu? If so do they spin? Do you get any lights or beeps? Does the fan on the PSU itself spin?

If the PSU fan isn't even spinning and you know you have your front panel headers in the correct spot, send it back, get your money back and please don't cheap out on a PSU. Thats honestly the WORST thing you can do.

Might also do the paperclip test with just say a couple fans plugged in to be double sure (don't start the PSU with nothing plugged in...
