What make/model of PSU are you using? Not all PSUs are created equally.

BTW, the requirements for 1 GTX 660 SC follows:

Requirements

Minimum of a 450 Watt power supply.

(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amps.)

Total Power Draw : 140 Watts

gtx660 is quite high end videocard, for which you need 750w psu in case of SLI. 600w just too risky.
