16 disk RAID with two channels. 3TB Logical Disk E: & 3TB Logical Disk F:. I have repopulated F: with 8 X 2TB drives replacing the older 500 GB drives. I have expanded F: which now has @ 12TB but I can't get the Logical Disk (F:) to use the extra 9TB.

Here is how the Host Lun List was configured:
Chl Phy No SCSI ID LUN No LD/LV ID Partition ID Partition Size (MB)
0 1 0 LD: 5863D667 0 1668376
0 1 1 LD: 5863D667 1 1668377
1 2 0 LD: 575B15DF 0 1668376
1 2 1 LD: 575B15DF 1 1668377

Now it is the same except for the last entry which is:
1 2 1 LD: 575B15DF 1 11683900

Naturally I want to maintain Fault-Tolerance. Besides figuring out how to expand and use the total capacity on a Logical Drive, do I have to also expand Logical Drive E: to the same capacity as F:?

Does the space show up in the Windows disk manager? I know in Windows server 2008 R2 and up you can expand the partition you will see up partitioned space just chose expand partition option. If you made drives bigger by pulling each one out one at a time and letting the bigger drive build in you might be out of luck. I had an older system that would not let me expand the size when I had done it this way.
