aspect ratio problem

quick question:maintain aspect ratio never work on copy/saved games it works fine if i install a game through setup is there anyway for aspect ratio to start working with copy/save games cuz i hate playing with stretched characters!!

In your graphic control panel, amd, nvidia, and intel all have scaling options and you can select don't scale. Monitors can also have scaling options. Make sure it's all set correctly.

How about you start by stating the game title, your graphics processor and your display type/model.
