Hey guys, my computer has been fine for 7 months but 3 days ago it suddenly shut off while browsing the web.

It's a Alienware X51 and its specs are:

Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64Bit, English
Intel® Core i7-3770
8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz - 2 DIMMS
1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 555
1TB SATA 3Gb/s (7,200RPM) 32MB Cache
WIRELESS DW1502 Wireless-N WLAN Half Mini-Card
330W External Power Supply

As of now, when I try to power on the computer, it starts for 3 seconds, makes the startup "beep", goes on for another 2 seconds and then shuts down, then repeats this until I disconnect the power supply cord. Sometimes the computer would start up perfectly but about 3 minutes after use it would shut off again. I suspect a cpu overheating issue. How should I deal with this?

Thanks!

Ram sticks are in place and not loose. The only fan I can observe with the side panel off is the CPU fan and it's working as normal.
