Well for CPU's that board would support up to a Quad Core AMD Phenom 9750(95w) but they are hard to find now and would most likely not be cheap plus it will NOT support the 125w version.
As for memory you would be limited to DDR2 so your max memory would be like 4gig per slot and only 2 slots.
In truth it would not be worth spending any money on that board what so ever.
