I was originally using the default case that came with my computer (Lenovo IdeaCentre K410 http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-57308564-IdeaCentre-K410-D...) but recently bought a new graphics card: an MSI Radeon HD 7870. The previous case was so tiny, everything was cramped in there, so I bought a new case from a friend of mine: the Cooler Master Storm Scout. It seems that I can't get it all to work though, as the computer to work. Is there anything I need to worry about when switching, or any specifics with this computer?
Edit: Forgot to mention that I also got a new PSU when I got the GFX card, I got an OCZ Fatal1ty 550W modular gaming power supply (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168....)

you could had one fan in thesida as intake in the lower section on the panel and mod like i did one in the front in the lower 5.25 bay face plate so this one send fresh air directly toward the graphic card .
