Hello all,
Currently, I have:
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3
17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-8GAB
Running on an ASUS F2A85-M-Pro FM2 socket.
I want to run these same memory sticks on an ASRock X79 Extreme4-M, with an Intel socket 2011.
ASRock does not list these memory sticks on the compatibility chart for the Intel board. So my question is will they work...should I take the chance. They are brand new sticks.
