Solution
4.5GHz at 1.38V is really good. If you want your CPU to last you shouldn't exceed 1.4V.

Did your temps go up due to a stress test or in gaming?
I don't have the current numbers on Son No. 3's box but here's the 1st day results before tweaking

Stock 51,53, 53, 51 (1.224) LLC = Auto
4.0 Ghz 52, 54, 55, 52 (1.016-1.024) LLC = Auto
4.2 GHz 54, 56, 57, 55 (1.256 - 1.264) LLC = Auto
4.4 Ghz 56, 60, 60, 67 (1.280 - 1.288) LLC = Auto
4.6 Ghz 62, 66, 68, 65 (1.360 - 1.368) LLC = High
4.8 Ghz 71, 77, 79, 72 (1.408 - 1.416) LLC = Ultra High

Eventually got it down below 75C afetr TIM curing and some tweaks...then made a 5.0 set of just to hit that plateau.

You do NOT want to set the voltage to a fixed number or it will receive that all the time. As you can see in the samples above , it moves around based upon load

With stress level maximum temps hit 78c maximum and in gaming its not even greater then 70.

But dont you think 1.38 is too much? and maybe because of that my temps are higher?
