2.tried uninstalling video card driver after removing video card
3.then i put back the video card tried installing the video card and here we go again gives an greenish display like a 16 bit color green color like pixelated display on loading i'm using windows 8 then after loading is than it will crash saying 1%to 100% saying saving this and that... then it will restart and go to system restore trying to fix the error like that .
4.i removed the video card and i'm now using vga of the mother board

here's my hardware specs

motherboard
MSI-Z77A-G43

video card
evga gtx560ti

operating system

Look around the graphics card (since it's out) for any swollen or leaking capacitors (if not under a heatsink) - anything obviously not right. Also, what PSU do you have in there and how old is it

hutnkey apfc silence stability max 700w wait i'll take a look no it don't have any swollen or leaking capacitors it's my first time bringing it it for a lot time. whenever i put the installed driver and the video card the loading turns some part green then after loading it blue screen then restart now after the loading the screen turns off.

bought the parts on july 8 2012. last year didn't have a problem till now i built the rig

i tried using another ssd the most recent one that worked but still no luck when i choose my dual boot os that has the working driver it still blue screen then saving error like that error then restarts then over and over then it's going to system fix the one where the os try to fix the error then it will just repeat the error :( . i know the video card causes the problem but why . the video card won't be read by my computer instead it says on dxdiag in display that i have microsoft basic display.

and if i click the device manager and for the display it shows the gtx 560ti with an exclamation point when i click it tells me that

*A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)
i think the display output is 16 bit because the color output of my monitor is messy have many color like piixels

Oh Huntkey.

Try to do a clean sweap of the Nvidia drivers while you do not have it in. Also, when installing the Nvidia drivers, check "perform a clean installation".

If that doesnt stop the bluescreen, do you have another card to try? It could be the power supply.

I believe it is below the advanced. It will remove all Nvidia drivers and install new ones. Give that a shot. It might also be the power supply, but we will go into that later.

It might be a power issue then. There is no hurt in getting a good power supply, since it might solve the problem and prevent future ones. Huntkey does not make very good power supplies.

ohh hmm no luck with the money :D  so even if i perform full clean in my computer and update drivers nothing can solve it? so there's no problem with my video card the one having a problem is my power supply? what if i bought a power supply but still no luck? . maybe the power outpuit of the power supply for the video card isn't sufficient so it's having a problem i'll try a clean boot format my drive doing the last option for software clean boot then re install driver if it works cross fingers thanks i'll try this first and re evaluate for the power supply :D

aerocool strike x 500w
antec vp550p
aerocool strike x 600w
cooler master gx550w

don't know which should support my nvdia 560ti. the one i bought have 700w and i think it gives just 500w?

The Antec VP would be a good price choice.

You bought a 700W power supply, but it is of poor quality. I run my computer on 520W, but it is a very good quality power supply, and has no problem running my system. It might solve the random shutdown problems.

It could also be a problem with the OS, that is hard to find.

tried clean boot :D  bsod again video tdr failure so i guess the power supply is at fault luckily evga gives 3 years warranty . so goodbye gaming need to buy a new power supply hmm :D  and luckily again i'll put this power supply on my old computer that the power supply exploded.

ok :D  i'll buy that antec next month.

things i tried latest
1.clean sweap vga microsoft still working
- result for the gpu still no luck BSOD video tdr failure .i read on forums that tdr are because of power problems or ouput.

just wondering what would happen if i plug this :)

here's the screen shot of what i'm saying plug .
i'm having second thoughts on plugging in it the video card scared of making it worse

here's the link of the plug

I would suggest replacing the Huntkey PSU with a higher quality one just as a matter of course. The Antec VP550P should work fine in there

yes i'm planning on that and i'm going to try to put my video card on my friends rig if my video card is still running :D  now using my msi motherboard for display again never gonna save my money and buy lowered price psu if the power supply is faulty

by the way here's my new problem not quite sure if video card driver of power supply. here's the new thread said that the faulty one is the video card but i'm not quite sure because of the volts of my GPU 0.034V and 0.024V . then the rest 1V and above

Have you tried your card in the second PCIe slot? I'm not so sure I agree with Avro Arrow (which was an awesome aircraft BTW) about the only possibility being the card is bad, could be a faulty data trace for a PCIe lane on the motherboard causing your issues or even the PSU
