Hi this is my first post and I need help on choosing better parts for my pc. My PC is for Gaming, Graphic, Design, Video Editing, and maybe Music Production.
My budget is 1000$, I also salvaged a dvd burner from my old PC and I am using Dell 18.5" LCD Monitor that has a VGA port.
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
Storage: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Storage: Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM
Video Card: ASUS GTX660 TI-DC2O-2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (I can't use an AMD Video Card because it has problems on Photoshop and other programs)
Case: COOLER MASTER HAF series RC-912-KKN1 Black SECC/ ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic M12II 750 SS-750AM 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Semi-modular Power
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Total: 966.91 (All parts are from Newegg)
I plan on getting all the parts on Cyber Monday (December 2)

I might also get another monitor, and 2 or 3 fans for the case (2 Noctua F-12 and a 200mm fan). Also I'm planning to get a soundcard later on for music production.

Programs i'm using: Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Sony Vegas, FL Studio, Adobe Premiere, and AutoCad(for school)

On the gaming part i'm only going to play BF4 and some other free games (TF2)

What do you think of this build so far?
What would you change and why?

It's good you are doing research but 4 months is entirely too long. But I see nothing wrong with the current parts except the ram. 1600 is usually the same price as 1333.

Fyi photoshop has no issue with amd cards. Neither does after effects (only 3d raytracing needs cuda), c4d, vegas, premiere cc, or autocad. Not saying your choice is bad, but knowing the truth is a good thing.
