Hello, I am new here and looked in the forums but can't really quite figure out how to fix my problem. I recently cleaned my computer and apparently I did something wrong and ended up with one bad memory slot. I know this because I took it to Geek Squad and they said one of my memory slots is bad, but the other 3 are ok. I am only using 2 of the slots with 2GB each. After that incident, my computer has been freezing at random points. I checked the voltage for the RAM and reset my BIOS. It still freezes on me. Any Suggestions?
