I'm having a problem with my computer when i start it about 20 hours after it was last used, it doesn't fully boot. The fans spin and LEDs flash but doesn't give any video output. My monitor says "no signal" I have tired 2 different PSUs, different GPUs and switch the ram around in different slots. I think it may be my MOBO its a GA-990FXA-UD3. Is there any other tests i should do before i try get a replacement MOBO.

It will reset your BIOS to default. Nothing will be damaged, and you wont lose any data. Don't worry

You have the same board as me. On your board, there's a small round battery. (http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=123156&stc=1&d=1363127488)
Press the little switch there and it should pop out. Put it in again after 10 secs.
