Graphics card or power supply problem? Please take a look.

I need help. As of lately my computer has been malfunctioning. When I play my game it randomly goes black and comes back. Sometimes once and it stops or two or three times. Then it stops and happens randomly later. Sometimes it doesn't come back and my comp will reset. What do you think causes this? The power supply or video card? I don't have enough cash to replace both.

The reset is normally caused by a low-wattage PSU. The blackouts could also be the PSU not feeding enough power to the graphics card - or the graphics card is failing to process.
